Job summary

PRO TAX is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager in Nottingham. You will advise high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and shareholders on complex tax matters and lead advisory projects across shareholder planning and transactions.

You will develop senior client relationships, drive business development, and collaborate with Corporate Finance to deliver joined-up advice while coaching junior team members.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA/ACCA/CA or equivalent with strong Private Client tax experience.
• Strong technical advisory knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Experience advising business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives.
• Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and keen to progress to Director level.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and shareholders on complex Private Client tax matters.
• Lead advisory projects including shareholder planning and transactions.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of senior client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Corporate Finance and other specialist teams to deliver joined-up advice.
• Lead, coach and develop junior members of the team.
• Build your profile in the East Midlands market and contribute to the continued growth of the Private Client offering.
