Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking a senior private client tax specialist to lead a growing team and manage tax affairs for high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs. You will solve complex technical challenges and build lasting client relationships as their trusted advisor.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

• Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of taxation, particularly advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and wealth protection structures.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing engagement, billings, and identifying new opportunities.
• Expertise in providing private client and trust compliance and advisory services, while utilizing shared service resources effectively.
• Understanding of risk management within client engagement and the firm's operations.

Leadership & Development

• Guide, supervise, and mentor less experienced colleagues, fostering their growth while enhancing your leadership capabilities.
• Champion continuous improvement by challenging current practices and leading the charge for change.
• Take ownership of decisions and actions, both for yourself and others, while driving key projects of varying complexity.
• Support the firm's growth by identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree educated and CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong track record in managing complex tax advisory services, including succession planning, restructuring, and reviewing intricate UK tax computations and returns.
