PRO TAX in Bristol is seeking a seasoned Private Client Tax Senior Manager to serve a prestigious portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and international clients. You will lead advisory work, manage client relationships and progress to Director level while developing your team and revenue.

You will also collaborate with Corporate Finance, manage complex advisory projects, and take responsibility for WIP and billing as part of growing the private client practice.

Formación

• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with strong Private Client tax experience.
• Leadership and business development experience, or a strong appetite to develop these skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to advise business owners and senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and senior executives.
• Deliver high-quality advice across Private Client matters, including shareholder tax planning and BADR/BPR.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop your internal and external network.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance to deliver joined-up advice to shareholders.
• Lead complex advisory projects from planning through to implementation.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to team growth.
• Take responsibility for WIP, billing and assignment profitability.
