Job summary

PRO TAX in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Private Client tax work for high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. You will nurture senior client relationships, drive advisory projects, and collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated tax strategies.

The role offers progression toward Director, with leadership of the team and business development to grow the Birmingham practice.

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA, ACCA, CA or equivalent with strong Private Client tax experience.
• Strong technical advisory knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Experience advising business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Advise HNW individuals, entrepreneurs and shareholders on complex Private Client tax matters.
• Lead advisory projects including shareholder planning and transactions.
• Develop and grow a portfolio of senior client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and other teams to deliver joined-up advice.
