Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking a senior private client tax specialist to lead a growing team and manage tax affairs for high-net-worth individuals, families and entrepreneurs. You will solve complex technical challenges and build lasting client relationships as their trusted advisor.

This role offers a clear progression to Directorship, working with directors and partners, developing leadership, championing improvement, and driving strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of taxation for high-net-worth clients and wealth structures.
• Experience managing a portfolio, engagement, billing, and business development opportunities.
• Experience private client and trust compliance & advisory services.
• Understanding of risk management in client engagements and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients with complex needs alongside directors and partners.
• Oversee WIP, recoveries, and billing while ensuring adherence to quality procedures.
• Actively contribute to business development by identifying risks, technical challenges and opportunities.
