Pro-Tax is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager / Associate Director in Reading. This is a growth-focused role with a clear route to Director, focusing on advisory work and building long-term client relationships with HNW individuals, families and business owners.

You will work across IHT, CGT, income tax, trusts and estate planning, while developing your own client portfolio and taking on increasing leadership responsibilities within a growing Private Client Tax team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Client Tax with advisory focus and strong client relationship development.
• Track record of managing complex tax matters for HNW individuals and business owners.
• Ability to progress quickly into a Director role with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of private client tax clients.
• Provide high-level advisory services on IHT, CGT, income tax, trusts and estate planning.
• Lead and develop junior team members, contributing to business growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive practice growth and client satisfaction.
