Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions in Warwickshire is seeking a Private Client professional to join a well-established law firm. The role suits a Wills & Probate solicitor, Chartered Legal Exec or experienced Paralegal who can manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision.

You will handle Wills, LPAs, and probate matters, meet clients in offices or at homes, draft documents, maintain case files, record time and bills, and work with colleagues to deliver high-quality client care with discretion.

Qualifications

• At least one year's PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, significant fee-earning experience, or experience as a Paralegal independently managing a Wills and LPA caseload with supervision.
• Knowledge of Private Client law and probate/estate administration is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills including Word and Outlook; P4W experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication and client care skills with professionalism and discretion; proactive, organised and able to use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills and LPAs.
• Meet with clients in the office and, where required, at their homes, hospitals or care homes.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, attendance notes and other paperwork.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure effective case management.
• Record time and prepare bills in line with firm procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with discretion.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental meetings.
