SJC Partners Limited invites a Private Client Solicitor to Worcester to manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPA matters. You will deliver clear, practical advice and uphold high client care standards within a busy firm.

You’ll develop relationships with clients and referrers, support junior colleagues, and contribute to the department’s growth. This is an office-based, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Trusts.
• Excellent client care and commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manage private client matters independently from instruction to conclusion.
• Advise on Wills, Probate, estate administration, Trusts and LPA.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referrals.
• Attend networking events and support business development.
• Manage billing, payments on account and financial targets.
• Keep accurate records using a case management system.
• Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
