Job summary

TSR Legal is working with a respected law firm in Wolverhampton recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its team. You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts, while developing your expertise in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be UK-qualified with around 3 years’ PQE or more in Private Client work, with strong communication and client care skills and the ability to manage their own workload effectively.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience
• 3+ years' PQE or more in Private Client work considered
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills with excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills and estate planning
• Handle probate and estate administration, LPAs, and Inheritance Tax matters
• Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with trusts and succession planning
