ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Experienced Paralegal for a well-established law firm in Warwickshire. The role involves managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills and LPAs, with opportunities to meet clients in the office, at home, or in care settings.

You will draft documents, maintain files, record time and bills, and build strong client relationships while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Formación

• At least one year PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, significant fee-earning experience, or experience as a Paralegal independently managing a Wills and LPA caseload with supervision.
• A good understanding of Private Client law and legal procedures.
• Some knowledge or experience of probate and estate administration, which would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Meeting with clients in the office and, where required, at their homes, hospitals or care homes.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, attendance notes and other relevant paperwork.
• Maintaining accurate files and ensuring effective case management.
• Recording time and preparing bills in line with firm procedures.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to departmental meetings.
