Job summary

CRA Consulting are seeking a Wills, Trust & Estates Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their North Leeds team on a hybrid basis. You will handle wills, estate planning, probate, and Court of Protection matters, with 3+ years PQE and a focus on delivering excellent client care.

The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, travel to other offices occasionally, and ongoing training and development within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience in private client work.
• Solid experience across wills, probate and estate planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive approach to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied private client caseload including wills and estate planning.
• Administer estates, manage Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Support senior fee earners on more complex matters.
• Contribute to marketing and business development activities.
