You will manage a varied private client caseload, advising individuals on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and tax planning, with a view to building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or other authorised legal professional.
• Newly Qualified and above, with experience handling private client matters.
• Strong knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration.

• Manage a diverse private client caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Draft Wills, LPAs, Trust documentation and Probate applications.
