Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with relevantPrivate Client experience.
• Experience delivering wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning.
• Ability to meet clients, take instructions and advise independently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to take instructions for wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning matters.
• Draft wills, Powers of Attorney and other private client documentation.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to clients’ circumstances.
• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, powers of attorney, executry and trust administration.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Liaise with beneficiaries, financial advisers and third parties.
• Handle residential conveyancing transactions when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
