Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited in Stirlingshire is seeking a private client lawyer to manage a caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Executries. You will support clients through important decisions with care and compassion, in a friendly, collaborative team.

Ideally you will have at least two years’ experience in private client work, including exposure to IHT matters and executry accounts, and be comfortable organising your own workload while keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in private client work, including exposure to IHT matters and preparing executry accounts.
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with a case management system are desirable.
• Ability to manage your own workload and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities
