Frasia Wright Associates is assisting an esteemed South Lanarkshire law firm in recruiting a Private Client Solicitor. The role centres on executry work, including estates of varying sizes, wills and powers of attorney, IHT and Confirmation forms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in private client law (executry preferred).
• Solid experience in managing estates of all sizes and complexities.
• Experience drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney; preparing IHT and Confirmation forms.
• Experience handling Legal Right claims.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet KPIs.
