Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established Private Client team in Skipton. You will manage your own caseload of private client matters, delivering a high-quality, personable service to clients.

The role covers Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration, with potential involvement in Court of Protection matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Experience dealing with Powers of Attorney.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Take instructions from clients and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Draft and advise on Wills and related estate planning matters.
• Prepare and deal with Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Handle Probate and Estate Administration matters.
• Manage more complex Court of Protection matters.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients and other relevant parties.
