Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ-5+ PQE considered).
• Experience managing private client matters with minimal supervision.
• Experience with residential conveyancing transactions.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Interest in networking and business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including: wills, powers of attorney, executry administration, trust administration, and estate planning.
• Handle residential conveyancing transactions such as sales, purchases, transfers of title and remortgages.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice tailored to clients’ circumstances.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure efficient, seamless service and maintain file records.
• Ensure compliance with Law Society of Scotland regulations and AML procedures.
• Support business development and strengthen the firm’s local presence.
