Service Care Solutions Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our busy Tranent and Galashiels offices. You will support the team across a varied private client caseload and develop your expertise in executries, Wills, Powers of Attorney and trust administration.

The role requires meticulous organisation, excellent communication and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Private Client Paralegal experience required.
• Knowledge of Scottish private client procedures.
• Experience preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administration of executries, including high-value and taxable estates.
• Preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney.
• Assisting with trust administration.
• Drafting routine correspondence and legal documentation.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties.
• Managing files and progressing matters efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
• Delivering a high standard of client care.
• Working closely with solicitors and support staff across the firm.
