Clayton Legal in Stockport is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload and build lasting client relationships. With at least 5 years PQE, you will handle Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Court of Protection work.

You’ll work autonomously, manage fees, time recording and billing, and contribute to business development to help grow the department. The role offers a supportive team, strong benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• 5+ years of PQE in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning.
• Organised, commercially aware, and able to manage own caseload.
• Proactive in business development to grow the department.

Mansioni

• Manage a broad range of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Estates.
• Develop client relationships and take ownership of your caseload.
• Handle fee income, time recording, billing and cash collection.
