Job summary

Clayton Legal in Manchester is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to handle Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work within an award-winning law firm.

You will manage a varied caseload, deliver clear, empathetic client advice, and work to deadlines with hybrid working, a generous annual leave entitlement including a Birthday day off, legal discounts and schemes, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with solid Wills & Probate / Private Client experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Confident dealing with vulnerable clients and sensitive circumstances.
• Able to manage a caseload effectively and work to deadlines.

Are you a qualified Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can work on a genuinely interesting and varied caseload, while developing your expertise across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Court of Protection work? This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning law firm.

The Role

You will manage a varied Private Client caseload covering Wills, Probate, estate administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax and estate planning, alongside supporting on high-value Court of Protection matters. You will work closely with clients, providing clear and empathetic advice while managing your own caseload and deadlines.
