MFK Recruitment partners with a leading law firm in Bedford to recruit a Private Client Solicitor for their expanding team. You will manage your own caseload with a focus on probate and estate administration, handling estates from start to finish while supporting business development and client relationships.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work as a Solicitor.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
• Solid technical knowledge in estate and trust matters.
• A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
• A STEP qualification (preferred but not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Manage own caseload of private client matters with a focus on probate and estate administration.
• Handle non-taxable and taxable estates from start to finish.
• Register life interest trusts.
• Set up and dissolve trusts.
• Prepare deeds of variation.
• Support Directors in growing the Private Client Department and contribute to BD initiatives.
