SVB Solutions in Bedford seeks a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a diverse probate and estate administration caseload. You will advise on wills, LPAs, trusts and taxation, delivering superb client service while working with a supportive team.

The role offers hybrid working with an established, nationally recognised law firm and opportunities for professional development, including STEP funding for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Legal Executive qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' PQE in Private Client matters.
• Experience in probate and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware with ability to manage a caseload.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, primarily probate and estate administration.
• Handle taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Advise on wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, taxation and estate planning.
• Deliver excellent client care and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations and internal procedures.
• Supervise and support junior team members where appropriate.
