Qualifications

• Sound working knowledge of wills, LPAs, probate and estate administration.
• Experience managing a varied private client caseload.
• Confident, approachable and professional with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning.
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Administering estates and handling probate matters.
• Advising on trusts and associated matters.
• Managing estates of varying complexity, including larger estates and overseas assets.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting repeat business.
