Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with around 3 years' PQE and comfortable managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, LPA, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax planning
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to explain complex legal issues clearly

Responsibilities

• Advise individuals on wills, estate planning, trusts, probate administration, and protection of vulnerable clients
• Meet clients, take instructions, draft correspondence and legal documents, manage files
• Liaise with colleagues and contribute to business development and reputation in the local area
