Highly respected Southwest firm are seeking to hire an experienced private client solicitor to join their successful wills and probate team team.

As part of a wider wills & probate team spanning Gloucestershire and Herefordshire, you'll play a key role in driving growth and delivering excellence from their flagship Cirencester office.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters from start to finish
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills, trusts, probate, and powers of attorney
• Advising clients on estate planning and asset protection strategies
• Building strong client relationships with a focus on care and clarity
• Contributing to departmental goals and financial targets
• Leading business development initiatives and marketing efforts
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth
