Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Gloucestershire - 3-5 years PQE

Location: Gloucestershire (Hybrid + Flexible)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience

Chadwick Nott is recruiting on behalf of a respected regional law firm for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level lawyer to take on a varied and rewarding caseload in a supportive, well-established practice with strong ties to the local community.

The Role

You'll be joining a busy Private Client department, handling a broad mix of matters with autonomy and support. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on Probate and Estate Administration
  • Managing Trusts and related tax and estate planning
  • Providing clear, compassionate advice to a diverse client base
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:

  • 3-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in Private Client work
  • Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, and estate planning
  • Excellent communication and client care skills

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time, office-based role with standard working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
