Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and estate administration, Trust creation and administration, Inheritance Tax and succession planning, Court of Protection matters (desirable).
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• Supporting business development and networking activities.
• Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the team.

Private Client Lawyer

Location: Gloucestershire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-established and Legal 500 ranked law firm in their Cheltenham office.

The firm acts for a broad range of individuals, families, business owners and high-net-worth clients, providing trusted advice across a range of private client matters. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team with an excellent reputation in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Court of Protection matters (desirable)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers
• Supporting business development and networking activities
• Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the team

About You

We are keen to hear from qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced fee earners with a proven background in private client work.
