Job summary

Chadwick Nott are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their Chippenham-based team in Wiltshire. You will handle a broad range of matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, Deputyships, Trusts and Estates administration, providing sensitive, clear guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estates administration and client advisory matters.
• Provide clear, supportive guidance to clients to achieve the best outcomes.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a well-established multi office practice with an outstanding reputation in the Southwest market. With multiple offices, this position will be based in their Chippenham office.

You can expect a broad and varied caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, Deputyships, Trusts and Estates administration.

This is a wonderful opportunity to be a key member of a well-established team acting for a variety of clients on a broad range of high-quality private client work.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and must be able to listen to client needs sensitively and fairly, and provide clear, supportive, and careful guidance to help deliver the best outcome for them.

You should be IT literate with exceptionally strong communication skills and be able to work effectively independently.
