Job summary

Realm Recruit is seeking a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its Chester team. You’ll manage your own varied caseload with estates, wills, trusts and Court of Protection, in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You can expect autonomy with senior backing, a broad client base including local families and agricultural clients, and genuine progression opportunities within a respected Legal 500 firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 5-8PQE.
• Experience managing your own Private Client caseload.
• Experience across wills, probate and estate matters.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with sensitive and complex matters.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Desirable: Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience.
• Desirable: Agricultural Private Client experience.
• Desirable: ambition to progress technically and career.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own Private Client caseload.
• Advising on wills and estate planning.
• Handling probate and estate administration.
• Working on complex wills.
• Advising on trusts.
• Handling Court of Protection matters.
• Supporting business owners and agricultural clients.
