Job summary

Realm Recruit, on behalf of a well-established Merseyside law firm, is seeking a Private Client Associate Solicitor to manage a varied caseload spanning wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, LPAs and Court of Protection matters.

You’ll enjoy a supportive, close-knit team with strong leadership and a genuine investment in your development, plus hybrid work with up to three days from home and a flexible, employee-centred culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Private Client experience.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration.
• Ability to independently manage a varied caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working both independently and within a team.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality advice.
• Experience advising on trusts and estate planning.
• Knowledge of Court of Protection matters and LPAs.
• Interest in business development and professional networking.
