Realm Recruit is supporting a well-established Legal 500 firm in Liverpool to recruit a Private Client Solicitor with 8+ PQE.

You will manage your own caseload across wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and Court of Protection, with plenty of progression and autonomy in a supportive team.

The firm offers a broad, varied workload, hybrid working (2 days WFH), and a clear route to progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE)
• Experience managing your own Private Client caseload
• Experience across a range of wills, probate and estate matters
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Confidence dealing with sensitive and complex matters
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience (Desired)
• Agricultural Private Client experience (Desired)
• Ambition to continue developing technically and progress your career (Desired)

Responsibilities

• Managing your own Private Client caseload
• Advising on wills and estate planning
• Handling probate and estate administration
• Working on complex wills
• Advising on trusts
