Job summary

Realm Recruit is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor in Chester for a role offering variety, autonomy and recognition for your contribution. The team operates within a Legal 500-ranked firm, with a broad Private Client caseload and opportunities to progress.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, handle wills, probate, estates and trusts, and work with agricultural clients and local families/client-base, while enjoying an established pipeline of work and supportive training.

Qualifications

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 2-4 PQE.
• Experience managing your own Private Client caseload.
• Experience across wills, probate and estate matters.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Confidence dealing with sensitive and complex matters.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Desirable: Trusts and Court of Protection experience.
• Desirable: Agricultural Private Client experience.
• Desirable: Ambition to progress career.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own Private Client caseload.
• Advising on wills and estate planning.
• Handling probate and estate administration.
• Working on complex wills.
• Advising on trusts.
• Handling Court of Protection matters.
