Realm Recruit are assisting a well-established Legal 500 firm in expanding its Private Client team in Chester. The role offers autonomy, a broad caseload across wills, estates, trusts and Court of Protection, and genuine progression without a following.

You’ll work collaboratively within a friendly, supportive department and benefit from 2 days' home working. Qualifying as a Private Client Solicitor with 8+ PQE, you’ll manage your own caseload and develop expertise while advising high-net-worth

Qualifications

• 8+ PQE in Private Client
• Experience managing your own Private Client caseload
• Experience across wills, probate and estate matters
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Confidence handling sensitive and complex matters
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Desirable: Trusts and/or Court of Protection experience
• Desirable: Agricultural Private Client experience
• Desirable: Ambition to progress technically

A well-established Legal 500 firm is continuing to grow its Private Client offering and is looking for a Solicitor to join its Chester team. There’s already plenty of work coming into the department, so you won’t be expected to arrive with a following or generate your own caseload.

Instead, you’ll be able to concentrate on delivering excellent advice while developing your expertise across a genuinely broad range of Private Client matters.

You’ll be trusted to manage your caseload autonomously, while still having access to support and training whenever you need it. You’ll also work with a varied client base, including local families, business owners and agricultural clients, giving you exposure to matters you might not encounter in a more narrowly focused Private Client role.

With a relatively small team, good work gets noticed. For ambitious lawyers, there’s a genuine opportunity to progress through the firm without navigating layers of hierarchy or waiting behind a long queue of people for your next step.
