Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Associate in Birmingham with around 4-8 years' PQE to join a nationally recognised team.

You will manage your own Private Client matters, advising high-net-worth clients on complex estates, trusts and tax planning, while working closely with the Birmingham Partner and other experienced lawyers on more sophisticated work. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE in Private Client.
• Experience in wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estates.
• Willingness to undertake STEP qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own Private Client matters while working closely with the Birmingham Partner and other experienced lawyers on more complex work.
• Caseload includes high-value and complex probate matters and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
• Provide advice on trusts, tax planning and wealth preservation for generations of families.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
