Job summary

TSR Legal in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Associate – Private Client to lead a busy private client team. The role combines technical statutory work with direct client contact and business development in a hybrid working environment.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE, demonstrating strong Wills, Trusts, and estate planning expertise, and the ability to manage cases end-to-end while building client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction to completion.
• Commercial awareness and client development focus.

Responsibilities
