JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate in Birmingham with around five years PQE. You will lead high‑net‑worth private wealth matters within a compact, specialist team backed by a large international firm, offering visibility and clear progression.

The role blends autonomy with collaboration across cross‑border estates, tax planning and wealth structuring. Hybrid working and a realistic path to partnership are on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with around 5 years PQE in Private Client
• Track record advising HNW/UHNW individuals and families
• Strong technical grounding in wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and LPAs
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers and managing a busy caseload

Responsabilités

• Advise HNW/UHNW individuals on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation
• Coordinate with accountants, tax advisers, trustees and HMRC to deliver integrated advice
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the team's development and direction
• Build and manage client relationships, increasing the firm's Birmingham profile
