Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor (8+ PQE) in Reading. You will advise individuals, families and business owners on wills, probate, trusts and estate planning, building trusted adviser relationships in a collaborative, client-focused team.

A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its well-established and successful Private Client team.

The Role

You will work closely with individuals, families and business owners, providing tailored advice across a wide spectrum of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on wills, probate and estate administration

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years' experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative and client-focused approach
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
