Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Shoreham is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor specializing in wills, trusts and probate to join a growing team. You will handle probate administration, estate planning, and advise on Powers of Attorney, tax affairs and trust creation.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with strong technical knowledge in private client law, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision. STEP qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trust & Probate.
• Experience in probate, estate administration, the preparation of Wills and Trusts, tax advice and Powers of Attorney.
• STEP qualification preferred, or willingness to undertake the qualification.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, trusts and probate matters.
• Manage probate and estate administration caseload.
• Prepare wills and trusts documentation with attention to tax implications.
• Take instructions and provide clear legal guidance.

A growinglaw firm in Shoreham is seeking an experienced Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor.

Role Requirements

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills, Trust & Probate
• Previous experience in probate, estate administration, the preparation of Wills and Trusts, tax advice and Powers of Attorney

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in Private Client law
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take instructions and advise clients clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload independently
• Familiarity with case management systems and government online systems preferred
• STEP qualification preferred, or a willingness to undertake the qualification
