Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Canterbury, Kent is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a growing team with hybrid/flexible working options. You will take over an existing caseload and play a key role in developing the practice.

You will advise on wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, LPAs, tax planning and Court of Protection matters, delivering a high level of client service and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with private client expertise.
• Have experience managing a broad private client caseload independently.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be confident in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Enjoy participating in networking and business development activities.
• Be proactive, organised and commercially aware.

A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Canterbury.

Due to continued expansion and increasing client demand, this is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to take over an existing caseload while playing a key role in the further development of a successful and expanding department.

The Role

You will manage your own varied private client caseload, advising on matters including:

• Wills and Estate Planning
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Trust Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Tax Planning
• Court of Protection matters
• Other private client and succession planning work

You will also work closely with colleagues across the department, contributing to the delivery of a high-quality client service and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

About You
