G2 Legal Limited is recruiting a Senior Associate in Private Client (Wills, Trusts & Probate) in Tunbridge Wells. You will manage a varied caseload, including high-value estates, trusts and tax planning, while supporting business development and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience.
• Technically strong across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning.
• Experienced in handling complex estate administration matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration.
• Handle high-value and complex estates as part of the team.
• Assist with trust creation and administration; inheritance tax planning.
• Provide technical support to colleagues, assist with BD activities and build client relationships.

A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Tunbridge Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to take a leading role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, handling high-quality work while supporting the development of junior colleagues and helping to drive the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• High-value and complex estates
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance tax planning
• Lifetime gifting and asset protection matters
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

You’ll also provide technical support to colleagues, assist with business development activities and build strong long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience
• Technically strong across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Experienced in handling complex estate administration matters
• Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
• Interested in mentoring junior team members
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
