Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are recruiting a Private Client Lawyer to join a respected Worcestershire firm in Pershore. You will manage your own varied caseload, providing expert legal advice on wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and tax planning, while building lasting client relationships.

The successful candidate should have 5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX, with excellent communication and an organised, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
• Strong technical knowledge across Private Client matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently.
• Proactive, organised with attention to detail.

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ years PQE) looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to become an integral part of their highly regarded team based in a picturesque Worcestershire market town. The Role

You will manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning.
• Estate Administration and Probate matters.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Trust creation, administration and advice.
• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning.
• Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential).
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service.
• Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service.
