This role offers a hybrid working model and emphasizes building meaningful client relationships with high net worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience and strong communication skills. I’m excited to be partnering with a long‑established, well‑respected regional law firm to support the hire of an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3 PQE+). This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated lawyer who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, managing a varied caseload, and working within a genuinely supportive team culture. The firm operates across two offices in Kettering and Northampton, with a hybrid working model that offers a healthy balance of office presence and home flexibility.

The Role

You will manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trusts and lifetime planning
• Working closely with executors, trustees, beneficiaries and fellow professionals
• Dealing with a lot of High Net Worth Individuals

This role also involves home visits to elderly clients, so compassion, patience and clear communication are essential.
