Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Birmingham is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE to join a leading team handling high-value Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning matters. The role offers hybrid working and excellent progression opportunities within a Legal 500 firm.

You will partner with an experienced Partner on complex cases, building strong relationships with HNW clients while benefiting from a supportive culture that emphasizes flexibility and career development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Experience across Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Planning
• Comfortable handling high-value and complex Private Client work
• Client-focused with strong technical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters including Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Succession Planning, Probate and LPAs
• Work closely with an experienced Partner on complex and high-value matters
• Advise HNW individuals, families and business owners
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Provide opportunities for development and progression within the team

I’m currently working with a leading Legal 500 law firm in central Birmingham that is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally 4+ PQE.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client team, working closely with an experienced Partner and gaining exposure to a high-quality caseload of complex and high-value matters.

The firm has an excellent culture and genuinely flexible approach to working, requiring just 2 days per week in the Birmingham office, making this a particularly attractive opportunity for someone looking for a strong combination of quality work, career progression and work-life balance.
