Job summary

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join its established and successful team in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Private Client lawyer looking to take on a senior position within a collaborative and progressive firm, working closely with the Partner and Head of Team to help support and manage the department in the office.

The Opportunity

You will handle a broad and high-quality Private Client caseload, including:

  • Wills
  • Probate & Estate Administration
  • Trusts
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Tax & succession planning
  • High-net-worth estate matters
  • Court of Protection work

Alongside fee earning responsibilities, this role will involve supporting the Partner/Head of Team with the day-to‑day management and development of the Kettering Private Client team. This could include mentoring junior team members, assisting with supervision, helping drive performance, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The firm is keen to speak with experienced Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE who are technically strong, commercially aware, and enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive leadership structure.
