Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded South East law firm in recruiting a private client solicitor for their Bracknell office. You will manage non-contentious private client work, including wills and lasting powers of attorney, and handle estate administration for a diverse client base.

You will receive supervision and training while developing your own caseload and contributing to team and firm-wide business development activities.

Qualifications

• Please apply if you have between 0-3 years PQE in private client law from a well regarded firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estate administration for a wide client base, including IHT considerations and IHT accounts.

Firm

A highly regarded South East law firm with several offices are seeking a private client solicitor to join their busy team.

Role

You will join the firm's Bracknell office and will work on the full range of non-contentious matters including the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling estate administration work (including advice relating to inheritance tax and the preparation of IHT accounts) for a wide range of private clients.

As part of the role, you will receive extensive supervision and training to develop your knowledge and experience in a successful private client department. In addition, you will be responsible for your own clients and caseload as well as being expected to be involved in team, and firmwide, business development activities.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding private client department with high quality work and interesting clients. You’ll also work together with other colleagues within the contentious and non-contentious teams and take part in business develop opportunities.
