Job summary

KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking a private client solicitor for our Bracknell office. You will handle the full range of non-contentious matters, including drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advising on estate administration, inheritance tax, and IHT accounts.

You will work with supervision and training to develop expertise, manage your own client caseload, and contribute to team and firm-wide business development initiatives.

Job description

A highly regarded South East law firm with several offices are seeking a private client solicitor to join their busy team.

Role

You will join the firm's Bracknell office and will work on the full range of non-contentious matters including the preparation and drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as handling estate administration work (including advice relating to inheritance tax and the preparation of IHT accounts) for a wide range of private clients.

As part of the role, you will receive extensive supervision and training to develop your knowledge and experience in a successful private client department. In addition, you will be responsible for your own clients and caseload as well as being expected to be involved in team, and firmwide, business development activities.
