Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting a Senior Private Client Solicitor with a strong background in trusts and estate planning to join its West Midlands team. Hybrid working is available and partnership may be offered to the right candidate.

You will handle a high-quality private client caseload, focusing on estate planning, trust creation and wealth preservation for successful business owners and high net worth individuals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in private client law (trusts and estate planning).
• Strong focus on high net worth individuals and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage high quality private client caseload with emphasis on estates, trusts and wealth preservation.
• Advise high net worth individuals and business owners on estate planning.
• Create, administer and restructure trusts; develop lifetime planning strategies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and networks with accountants/IFAs.
• Generate new business and grow your personal client following.
