Job summary
Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management, based in Stamford, Lincolnshire, seeks a Private Client Solicitor at Partner level to lead our Private Client practice. The role covers wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning for agricultural and business clients with a strong emphasis on client service and business development.

Qualifications
- Experience advising on succession and inheritance tax planning for agricultural and business clients.
- Experience in preparing complex wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Administration of complex and taxable estates.
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service on wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
- Generate fee income and meet targets while following firm procedures.
- Develop new business and maintain client/referrer relationships.
- Mentor junior team members and support workflow management.
- Maintain financial control, billing and cash flow.
