Job summary

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management in Stamford is seeking an experienced Trusts lawyer to join our busy Private Client team.

You will advise on creation, administration and termination of Trusts, handle trust tax returns, and work with the Head of Trusts and a Partner to grow the department.

The role requires Solicitor or Legal Executive status with experience in Tax and Trust matters; STEP Diploma is welcomed; salary depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Tax and Trust matters.
• STEP Diploma or willingness to study for it.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on creation, administration and termination of Trusts.
• Assist with Wills utilizing Trusts for complex family situations.
• Administer estates and collaborate with other departments.
• Support partners and Head of Trusts; develop the Trusts department.
