TSR Legal is supporting a respected national firm to recruit a Private Client Partner in Cheltenham. This role requires a highly regarded private client specialist with a proven market reputation and a drive to grow a high-net-worth practice.

You will lead client relationships, shape the team's direction, and deliver sophisticated wealth planning advice for HNW/UHNW individuals, families and trustees, while collaborating across practice areas to expand the firm's private wealth capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to HNW/UHNW clients on wills, estate planning, trusts and wealth preservation.
• Lead high-value estate administration, probate, trusts and multigenerational wealth planning.
• Advise entrepreneurs and families on succession strategies involving personal wealth and business assets.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, families, trustees, accountants and wealth managers.
• Identify new opportunities, build referral networks and grow a profitable client portfolio.
• Collaborate with colleagues across private wealth, corporate, and estates to deliver coordinated advice.
